Wonderful, Beautiful Life!

Well this post is about some amazing people in my life right now, First off you all know is my husband. He is amazing and I love him to death but I am going to talk about some other wonderful people in my life, that are such strong amazing examples to me.
First off is my amazing little niece Tera. She is so Strong. Today this little Seven year old girl had to go in for a second surgery on her mouth. She was born with a cleft lip and has undergone two previous surgeries.  Her last surgery was supposed to maybe be her last if everything went well. It was last year in March that she got it done. She did so well with it all. She was not able to eat any hard food for six weeks. At the time it was us planning my wedding so her six weeks was the weekend of my wedding. So she also was very excited for my wedding but I don't think it was for me. Well about two months ago we found out the some of the graft didn't take and so she would have to go through the same thing she did a year ago. Along with these surgeries she had to be very, very careful while playing and just even walking. She could not get that hit or something my go wrong, and so she is back in the same process she was one year ago. For this reason of why she is such a strong, amazing person in my life is she has been really good about the whole thing and having to do it all again. I know me I would probably be really mad and upset that I had to go it all again. Now don't get me wrong she was a little sad about it but she has done really well now that she knows it would be better for her in the long run. I love you Tera and you are the best example to me.

Next would have to be this little baby girl in Beaver who, everyday is fighting for her life. Reese! She was born a week and half ago now with a heart condition that would have not been good if they didn't catch it. I don't know all of the details of the heart condition or what she has to go through but I do know that she is a blessing to all of us. She is not close family to me but I feel she is. Every day I am looking at her mom’s facebook to get an update on how she is doing and hoping to hear good news. To be honest, I think everyone is Beaver is. Gotta Love Small towns who love everyone as family. She is a blessing by showing us to not go down without a fight and to keep pushing forward. I feel that if the smallest, not so good heart can do that, why can't we? And another important person with all of this is her parents. I know they can feel our saviors love for them and is helping them through this trial in their lives. They know that the savior is holding on their other little girls hand and helping Reese push on. I wish I could explain more of what I feel for the little girl but I just don't know how to say it but that as I am typing, tears are streaming down my face. To the family of this sweet little girl, know that my little family is praying for her each and every day and are just hoping to help her push through.

To the last amazing wonderful person in my life right now, my mom! WOW! What to say about your mother. She is an amazing strong woman and would do anything for anyone in the entire world. She is going into her surgery for Total Knee Replacement in the morning. I just want to her and the world to know how much I love her. I don't know where or who I would be without her. She is such a loving person, always trying to do good, serving others, and always being the most independent women I know. So you know that this surgery is not going to be easy for her, always having to have someone wait on her hand and foot. But she will make it through. She is a fighter and will probably heal a lot faster due to her will power :) No Mom you are going to take it slow and easy. I hope that I can be just like my mom and dad when I raise my children. They are strong people in the church and have raised such an amazing family. I know I have some big shoes to grow into but I know it will take time. I LOVE YOU MOM AND DAD! Thanks for everything. I don't know how else to say what there is to say about my mom but that I want to become just like her in everything she does and that I love her so very much, and I am happy she is finally getting this surgery she so badly needed. And that I am happy I can have the job and schooling I am in that I can go home and help her for the first couple of days that she is home.

As you can see, these people have all had their trails and struggles but are still fighting through and that is why these few are some amazing examples to me in my life right now. I know that they will all fight for their life and strength to come back as well, and they will return the favor for me and many others when the time comes. They are blessed people and I hope that they all know that I love them and would do anything for them.
Lots of hugs and kisses!

Love

A NEW YEAR!!

Well, its a new year! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! Sorry it has been forever, yes school is back in session but that is not my excuse because I did not blog hardly at all when school is out. So I will just give you a quick up date and then its back to hitting the book and doing clinical hours but I will try to do better so you can see what is going on in our lives.

Well Jeff is still being the busy main provider for the family. He has such a great attitude about it and to me is very willing to do it.... SOMETIMES. HAHA There are times when I know he wish he could just take a day off and go have a day for himself, he does find time it just sometimes only for a short time with his friends. He is going to school again this semester and doing a great job in school so far. Lets pray we can get him through math :)

As for me i am back at driving to mesquite three days a week to do clinical hours.. It is time consuming but it is so much fun. I love it and i am glad I am doing radiology. I am still really set on going further into ultrasound but i also don't know for sure. I have heard that it is really hard and then it makes you not love it as much.. but we will see what happens. Well last week i had the flu, I thought for once I am not going to get the flu with taking the flu shot but I was wrong. Jeff was so good to help me out anyway that he could. I married the best man out there. Sorry Ladies but I won the best husband!

Last week we also when out on a warm afternoon for being the end of January, and we went on a tandem bike ride. I was so much fun. Here are some of the pics

This past weekend we also went snowboarding with jeff's really good buddy Brian. It was so much fun and good to actually be able to use our season passes to Eagle Point. We love it up there. It is the Old beaver ski resort, Elk Meadows but is now Eagle Point. Its not crowed at all and that nice because usually we have a lot of kids with us. This last time my niece Mickell cam with us. It was nice to have another girl go slow with me so the boys could go fast and try to be cool and do tricks. I only fell a couple of times and it was alot funner now that i am getting better. Even though with my falls I think I Still bruised by tailbone. Oh man it hurts. But so worth it.
On Sunday Jeff and I had to give our welcome to ward talks. They went really good. We had lots of people come up and talk to us about how well we did. I have to be honest I was pretty proud of myself. My talk was actually ten mins and was talking slow instead of fast, Jeff was even a little surprised on how long i talked and how well I put things together. So i am getting better. Another thing that goes along with Church is that of course we have callings. Jeff is adviser to the Teachers as well as varsity scout assistant.  And as for me.... Get ready for it.... I am the 1st councilor in the primary presidency, WOW HUH? I was thinking oh they will start me off with something small so I can get to know others in the ward.. NOPE I must have children written all over my face. But its good. I am so excited about it and cant wait to get to know all the kids in primary and hopefully their parents as well. I love little children and this will help me to become a better mom I know it will.
Well I think that is all that is new with us. I will try to do better with blogging but i am not making any promise.
All have a good week or so.

LOVE,

'Tis The Season!

Well I hope everyone is enjoying getting ready for Christmas. I know I am :) But i love this time of year so its hard to not enjoy it.
Well we got all moved in and settled into our new home and I Love it. I have to admit I was nervous at first to move and make everything fit and not look like a mess but we made it work and it looks perfect. I love it actually :) Which that is a big thanks to my wonderful parents who came down and helped me on Monday. We also have our inside Christmas up. I am so happy to have my very first Christmas as a married couple. We are so excited! Well some things that are going on right now is finals for Jeff and myself getting the rest of Christmas up and the shopping done but I will be happy and more relaxed when that is all done. Especially Jeff's finals! I think he will be very happy when those are over as well:)
These past two days we had the chance to watch my sister Hilary's kids why they went to the NFR. It was so much fun having little ones around and I think they loved staying her as well :) We played with nurf guns as well as jumping and running through the leafs.  Jeff was so good with the girls as well. I cant, but can, wait for him to be a Daddy! He is going to be one great DAD!

Here are some pictures for you to enjoy

Holiday Season

Wow life can sure get away from you at times. The holiday season is here and I am so excited :) Thanksgiving was great this year. The first time with "in laws" and it was good :) We went to grandma Jolley's where she pretty much made everything her self. She is an amazing woman and I am so grateful I have the chance to get to know her better. I also did the traditional black Friday shopping with the girls on my side of the family. It was so much fun :) I so look forward to it every year and every year we make the best memories that we talk about for the next year.

Well I am done with school for this semester and it feels good to have that 1st semester behind you. Jeff has about two more weeks before he is does but we both feel really good about this semester and our grades, I feel it is a great way to end the 2011 year. We had to much going on this year and there is still more ahead that we are so excited about, for example we got snowboarding passes this year that we are excited to do every weekend this year. Yes Jeff has got me hooked on snowboarding and he is proud of it. Also we are moving, tomorrow in fact. We are moving into Ivin's, We are very excited about this change in our life even though i hate the moving process it will all be better in the end. Not that our living place now is not good, we have enjoyed living in hurricane and have been very greatful of the Colton's to let us live in there home but you know when money is tight and you both drive into town 7 days a week that it's hard not to make a change for the better. We are also going to be living with another couple. They are going to be renting out the basement from us :) They are such a fun couple to be moving in with. We are going to have so much fun. I will post pictures soon of the move and our new home.

So stay tune for more to come and for now, enjoy the time you are shopping and getting everything ready for Christmas :) I know I will

Lately.....

Haha Totally know it’s been forever. I am going to try and do better but I am not going to promise anything. Well life as we know it is work, work, school, more school, and then sleep :) well you know it just how life is for just newly married college students. But we are still in love that's for sure. Well some things that have happened lately is that it was my birthday so I am officially legal, not a baby still as Jeff would put it. It was a wonderful birthday; it was on Sunday, actually the same Sunday as one of Jeff's cousin’s farewell so I was luck to share my special day with him and all of the Jolley family. It was great! After which i was planning on going into work at the Cracker Barrel but i lucked out and they didn't need me that night so I was able to go with Jeff to his parents and open presents from them. I received what most girls always receive... Clothes but that was not all. My cute hubby but me my snowboarding boots for this next season of snowboarding at eagle point. I was so excited to get those because for one i had know idea what he was getting me and another he picked them out all by himself and even made them match my snow coat :) He is so a man that grew up around sisters and I love it :) That was not all he gave me we also got a new camera, it was an early birthday/wedding gift to us... just me :) jk I was really happy to get the camera though. It was last us like forever. Another thing I did on my Birthday was drive Jeff's motor cycle all by myself in a school parking lot. It was so much fun and Jeff was amazing by being his patient self and still loving me of me being scared.

Another Fun thing we were able to do was get conference weekend off and go up to my cabin up Beaver Mountain and spent time with my family. Oh how I love the mountains. It was the best weekend ever!!! We had so much fun playing volleyball, card games, telling funny "I am starting to act like mom stories" :), making smores, and best of all being with family to listen to our church leaders talk. I loved being with my family and miss them so much when I am not able to make it to something because I have school or work. I know that one day I will be able to make a lot more thing but it’s hard to see past now. But here are some fun and silly pictures of us in the mountains.

Boys Playing Football

Having fun with the new camera

Ok so about this pic, there is suppose to be another one with it that say no tres because we were playing volleyball and we got the orange spray paint out that my dad decorates the tree's with that say no tres for no trespassing to make the line with. So needless to say we were making fun of my Dad :) haha WE LOVE YOU PAPA DAVE!

Bahaha so this is us eating our smores really fast before the boys got home from priesthood session of conference. They were so good. We cooked them in the BBQ. It was a new thing we tired and they came out perfect!

Perfect But messy :)

...and chocolaty

Silly Girls!!1
I am so grateful for all my family and all they do for me and Jeff. I am also extremely grateful for all Jeff does for me and making sure i get time with my family. I LOVE YOU ALL!!! :) :) :)

Till next time!

School is back in Session AND STILL IN LOVE

Well School has been going to for about a week and a half now and let me tell you.. This is going to be so much fun in the radiology program but I am sure going to miss my husband. We both have a lot going on and school that our times just clash a little bit but I am so extremely happy that this year instead of say bye for the night I know I get to go home and be with my husband, even if he is in bed and asleep by the time I get home or done with doing home work, I am able to wake him up and able to talk to him for a bit about his day and if there is anything I can do for him. One thing I know that he loves me doing for him and I love doing for him is making him his lunches and leaving a little note on the bag that he will see later that day :) It’s the BEST!

So WOW! How time flies. We were talking the other day about our life together and how it’s already been 11 months since we met! The reason this came up is because we had to speak in church last Sunday and I had to tell our story of how we met. It was so fun to just be able to sit and think about how we met and what we did those first few weeks and now here we are still just happy and still even more in love then when we started.... WE JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF EACH OTHER! And that makes me smile every time I see him. :)

OH NO SCHOOL IS HERE

Well yes once again school is right around the corner. Wow I can't believe how fast time has going by. We have already been married 2 1/2 months. So crazy. But we have loved every min of the times we have had together and those we had apart. About a week ago I had to leave for about 2 days to go up north to my school orientation and I didn't Jeff would have lasted that long with out me, but he did. :) I LOVE YOU BABE. Well other then school starting soon. We were able to help out my sister Brittnee earlier this week to watch her kids why her and Dave had a little get away to Vegas. We had so much fun with them. They are the cutest little girls and I loved playing mom, But I am glad it was just play :). We took them to the newest splash pad in Hurricane. They loved being able to just run and play in the water. After that they help me wash the cars, but i think they had more fun getting me wet then the car. They also helped Jeff mow the lawn, I don't know how they help but they did. After all of that they still had energy so they found the dress ups and put on a show for us. :) It was so cute and we loved watching them. The next day, jeff had to work so I took them to the st. george city pool. Brasil loves that pool and could probably live there if she could. So that is about all we did till I new britt and dave were going to be home soon so i took them home and got them ready.
So that has been our life and we have loved it.

REMEMBER THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO IS TO LOVE AND HOPE TO BE LOVE IN RETURN!

LOVE US
